The staff here are actually really kind and helpful. I'm a college student who commutes, so I frequent this location, and I always say the same thing to myself. Their food is always super tasty, and their drinks are always very consistent, which I appreciate!

Padme is an absolute treasure. If I’m not wanting a drink from the standard menu, she’ll work with me to customize a delicious drink. She also insists on making it perfect every time, so I know I’m going to leave with a drink that is delicious and worth the trip to Starbucks. The location is always clean and comfortable.

Guy with the tattoos and curly hair was being very rude. Didn’t greet me and seemed extremely bothered when I asked for napkins as they were out of stock. Other than that the food was great, usually don’t have bad service experience here except for this one time.

Love the N. MONROE/ FRED GEORGE location. Jennifer is very kind, remembers our order and always happy to give our pup a cup. Very good customer service. Again Jennifer at drive thru always pleasant and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Wouldn't go to another location. Friendliest staff by far.
